As an international digital transformer – as COO and Managing Director at Solvd Group, a subsidiary of Allianz Group – it is my passion to take on challenges and creating valuable IT services and processes with a special focus on AI. Having said that, people consistently come first in my priorities. 

I love enabling and supporting my teams, counting more than 1,500 people. Finding a balance between achieving results and considering people is very important for me.

Having my roots in Slovakia, I’ve had the opportunity to work in different countries with colleagues from all over Europe, as well as with diverse local companies. 

This has exposed me to a wide range of challenges, cultures, and experiences. I gained my work experience at different stations – like SAS, CapGemini, UniCredit and today Solvd.

Furthermore, I am a experienced board member and well-known across industries as a thought leader in my favorite field – business transformation through platforms and AI.
