As an international executive – Chief Operating & Technology Officer at Solvd Group, a subsidiary of Allianz Group – it is my passion to take on challenges and creating business value. In this role I have end-to-end responsibility for technology, operations, and large-scale transformation, including AI, in complex and regulated environments. My work focuses on translating business priorities into operating models, platforms, and execution, with clear accountability for results and people.

I love enabling and supporting my teams. I am responsible for more than 2,000 people across more than 40 countries worldwide. Shaping how technology and operations work together to drive performance, resilience, and measurable impact is for me as important as finding a balance between achieving results and considering people.

Having my roots in Slovakia, I’ve had the opportunity to work in different countries with colleagues from all over Europe, as well as with diverse local companies.

This has exposed me to a wide range of challenges, cultures, and experiences. I gained my work experience at different stations – like SAS, CapGemini, UniCredit and today Solvd.

As a board executive, I contribute technology, operations, and transformation expertise to executive and board-level discussions, supporting informed decision-making, risk management, and long-term value creation within my areas of responsibility. Against that background I am well-known across industries as a thought leader in my favorite field – business transformation through platforms and AI.
